How to use Gel Wax Melts?

Place the amount of gel wax you want to use on your burner. Burn up to 4 hours at a time. Now sit back and relax and enjoy the gorgeous aromas fill up your room!

In between each tealight, wait for your gel wax to completely cool then peel and flip the melt to ensure that the scent disperses evenly.

How long do gel melts last?

Our Gel Wax Melts have a burn time of up to 30 hours.

Why has my order come in two separate parcels?

Some products are stocked at different warehouses. Depending on what you order it may come in two different parcels as it is shipped from where it is stocked.

How do I cancel or amend an order? 

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed we are unable to amend your order. If you need to cancel your order, you can do that,(unless your order has already been shipped) then you can place a new order with changes you want.

Are your products toxic

We use professional grade, highly scented, vegan friendly and cruelty free fragrance oils. All made in the UK. Our Gel Wax Melts are all hand poured in small batches and packaged in recyclable, biodegradable packaging.

Gel Wax is eco friendly and non toxic because they contain natural minerals for the most part. Gel wax is made from mineral oil and polymer resin. The pros of gel wax melts are that as they are reusable they are not disposed of as frequently as normal wax melts.
