Return Policy

Please contact us at to start your return process.

Please Note: We will not cover return shipping cost. You will be liable to pay the cost for the item you wish to return, unless you have received the item damaged (Proof will be needed). Item that have not been confirmed for a refund but sent to us will not be accepted. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 3-5 working days for your bank to process your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
